Cyclists come in all shapes and sizes. We appreciate that our clothing will not fit everybody, nor will it be to everyones' taste. If you are not 100% happy with your KOMRAID clothing, return it to us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked. Alternatively, we are happy to exchange your returned item(s) for a different size and/or colour.
With exception of trying on for size, the returned item(s) must be unworn, as-new condition, with the original tags still attached. When trying on for size, please do so over a base layer.
Refunds and exchanges will not be offered on items that we cannot resell.
Terms and Conditions:
- Our returns and exchanges policy only applies to KOMRAID clothing purchased within the last 30 days from the date we receive your returned item.
- We will happily exchange sale items for an alternative size stock permitting.
- Refunds on sale items will only be given in the form of a credit note which will be valid for a period of 12 months from the date of issue.
- Only items returned with proof of purchase will be refunded/exchanged. Proof of purchase may be in the form an email receipt or an order number.
- Before returning your clothing, send us a message using the form at the bottom of this page to let us know that we'll be receiving a return from you. Our email back to you will contain further instructions and confirm the address to send your clothing to.
- Your returned items must be in an unworn, as-new condition with the original tags still attached.
- Put your returned clothing in a postage bag and pop it in the post. We recommend using a recorded delivery service. We are not responsible for any items that are lost or damaged in the post. Please include a note giving your name, address and email address, together with your proof of purchase.
- For goods that are being returned from outside of the European Union, please write the following on the address label and on any customs documentation - "RETURNED GOODS" and declare a value of US$1.00. If you fail to do this and we are incorrectly charged import duty on returned goods, you could be liable for the cost.
- Unless you are returning a faulty item, you are responsible for the cost of the postage.
- State whether you are returning your item for a refund or an exchange. If you wish to exchange your item, please let us know what replacement size and/or colour you like.
- On receiving your return, we will assess the condition of the returned item(s). Refunds and exchanges will only be given on items that are in a resalable condition.
- Refunds and exchanges are processed within 48 hours of receiving your returned item. Refunds will be paid back via your original payment method.
- In the case of exchanges, if we are unable to replace your item with your selected size and/or colour, we will refund your payment in full.
